Shear Bliss Styling LLC was established in 2012 by Sara Westerhoff, a licensed cosmetologist of 15 years. Shear Bliss Styling is located in Tempe, Arizona and is part of a small collaborative salon, The Co-Lab Loft, alongside Hair by Haley.
